Yes. Sanka B.V. works independently of manufacturers and suppliers and reports its observations to the client who defines the inspection scope.

A factory acceptance test (FAT) takes place at the manufacturer before delivery; the witness observes the agreed procedure and records the results. A site acceptance test (SAT) follows delivery and installation and is planned separately.

At a hold point, work cannot continue until the nominated inspector attends or releases it. At a witness point, the inspector is notified and work may proceed if they do not attend. Both are defined in the inspection and test plan.

Final inspection focuses on completion against acceptance criteria. Pre-shipment inspection is tied to the goods being dispatched, including packing and markings. Agree both scopes in advance so nothing is missed or duplicated.
